Customs Clearance

Key Advantages

• Pre-declaration in Customs System: For FCL single-item shipments, we complete pre-declaration in the customs system prior to vessel discharge. Containers can then be picked up and delivered directly to the warehouse upon discharge, significantly improving the efficiency of customs clearance, container pickup, and warehousing.
• Independent Clearance Capabilities for Multiple Scenarios: With our own licensed customs brokerage, we offer pre-clearance at ports, as well as direct clearance at Malaszewicze and Dortmund terminals for rail shipments, flexibly adapting to various modes of transport.
• Efficient Clearance at Bonded Warehouses: We support customs clearance at bonded warehouses in Belgium and the Netherlands, enabling clear-and-go operations to reduce transit waiting times.
• Cost Control with Zero Terminal Storage Fees: LCL shipments can bypass container unpacking at the port and go directly to a bonded warehouse, effectively avoiding additional costs such as terminal storage fees and container detention charges, thus lowering overall logistics costs.
