About the Role
Coordinate ocean FCL/LCL operations, liaise with carriers, truckers, and brokers to ensure on-time sailing and arrival.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end ownership of assigned business / projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, ops, IT) to deliver outcomes.
- Continuously identify process improvements and propose solutions.
- Maintain healthy client / vendor relationships.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience in logistics / forwarding industry preferred.
- Strong communication skills, English proficiency is a plus.
- Familiarity with cross-border supply chain workflows.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and outcome-focused.
